Working with an economic flat carton blank, this fully automatic packaging line forms and fully seals the widest range of square or rectangle cartons and is made-up of three modular sections: carton erector/former, conveyor area for product loading (top loaded manually or automated) and carton closer/sealer. The system will close single or three-sided carton flaps, and is available with single, twin and triple forming heads to suit all throughput requirements, handling both corrugated or carton board to create shelf ready packs, tear off strip or tear and tuck pack types.
Changeover can be completed in 20 minutes thanks to the erector’s interchangeable head block forming tooling with easy slide-out and slide-in feature. Length of product loading area is determined by the customer and can be continuous motion or indexed and fed manually or with an automatic system such as a robot or multihead weigher.

The erector runs ‘on demand’ rather than ‘start and stopping’ – when the loading conveyor needs to clear, the erector detects and pauses operation without operator intervention.
Compact closer runs at speeds up to 80 cartons per minute – minimal footprint achieved with dogleg right-angle design where front and side flaps are closed in the same area.
