Overview
Operation
The machine hopper is loaded with flat carton. The machine selects the cartons from the magazine one at a time and transfers the carton under the glue guns via servo drive to ensure clean and accurate glue application before being formed. Once the cartons are erected they are ejected from the machine in line or to one side to suit the required layout.
The Top Load Carton Erector can operate at speeds up to 40 trays per minute depending on the size and design of the trays. For higher speed applications twin head erectors can also be supplied.
